Meeting with Mrs. Selma Elloumi, Minister of Tourism & Handicrafts

A working meeting was held on Thursday 15th September with Mrs. Selma Elloumi, Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts and a delegation of the Tunisian-British Chamber of Commerce, represented by Mr. Mehdi Ben Abdallah, President, Mr. Noureddine Hajji, 1st Vice-President and Mr. Feteh Krichen, Deputy Secretary-General.

This meeting was an opportunity to review the Tunisian-British relations, and more specifically the challenges in the tourism sector. Several points have been raised identifying the opportunities and challenges, as well as the role of the chamber in supporting the sector and its contribution to the success of “Tunisia 2020“investment conference and the Roadshow in London.

A breakfast debate on health tourism proposed by the Tunisian British Chamber and approved by the minister will be organized in 2017 (please check the TBCC 2017 Agenda)
